1 — What is your shop called? The name that goes on the logo. If you have not decided, put your best guess — you can regenerate later. 2 — What do you make? Pick the closest. It changes the lighting advice and the props more than anything else you tell us. 3 — Describe the actual product. One line, concrete. The thing you would say if someone picked it up at a market. 4 — What is it made of? Materials, ingredients, where they come from. This ends up in your voice guide and your listing copy. 5 — Who buys it? Be narrow. "People who drink coffee slowly on a Saturday" is more useful to us than "everyone". 6 — Three words for how it should feel. This drives the colour and the type more than anything else. Commas between them. 7 — What does one piece sell for? Roughly, in whatever currency. Price tells us how much contrast and restraint the brand needs. 8 — Where do you sell? And one extra — what do you currently photograph it on? Optional. A kitchen counter is a perfectly normal answer and we will tell you what to do about it.
